Pre-load a customer
Enter what you already know before the customer comes in. Their contract opens with name, claim # and VIN filled in. They can also find it on the form with their last name + last 4 of their phone. Links expire after 30 days or once the contract is submitted.

Phone lets them look themselves up on the form, and lets you text the link.
Optional. Fills the {{appointment}} tag in emails, e.g. "Tuesday, October 6".
Optional. Pick their loaner reservation. Its link goes into emails through the {{reservation}} tag.
